Happy Belated Daddy!

One week ago today my father had a birthday. He is the best daddy in the world because he built my room,he's smart,funny,and he loves the Red Sox. So dad, I hope you had a good birthday.

the sister's birthday!

To the most fun, loving and best sister in the world a kid could have, happy brithday. You help me learn and you are amazing at the things you do for us. You love your dogs, family and friends but most of all you love God. You're also my 'fister' (friend and sister). I 'm glad your my older sister! I love you!

  This song is one of my favorites. I will always love God for the rest of my life. This song is a really good song and I think that it is telling us that we are telling others about our love for God everyday. So we will give thanks to God above is us giving him the thanks he deseveres for giving us this life and being able to give him the glory.

My Baptism

On Friday September 3, my family and I headed to Orlando, Fl for a youth rally called SonQuest. That night we had the beginnig of SonQuest and it was awsome. After about 2 hours of singing, listening to a speaker, and watching the sandman, we saw some friends and right then and there I made my mind up that I wanted to get baptized. I was ready to start my walk with God.  The next morning we woke up and went to 3 different classes to hear different speakers. After the singing, watching the sandman ,and listening to the speaker , my family, the Meridian Woods youth group, and others went outside to the pool and I got baptized. One of our speakers was teaching us about how to share the story of Jesus. We were given orange wrist bands (like what you would get at a theme park) so people would ask us about it. The wrist band gives us the oppurtunity to tell people about our walk with Jesus. We were also given rubber band to write on them "God is in control" in very small letters so that when it is streached you still know that God is in control no matter how far he streaches you.

on monday my grandma will be having her birthday. she and i have done fun things together throughout the years. we go on walks, play dominoes and i listen to the stories of her child hood. i always enjoy the time i get to spend with her. so happy birthday mama! i love you!
